What’s the build of the cutter?
All cutters are made with two walls, 1 wall to cut the dough and a shorter outer wall to support the first wall for strength and durability. All cutters made with a height of 0.9 inches. Thick and rounded handles to provide comfort when using the cutter.
What material are the cutters?
All cutters are made with biodegradable and eco-friendly PLA plastic.
How do I care for my Sweet Pink Olive cutters?
Do not expose the cutters to high heat temperatures. Do not soak in hot or warm water. Hand wash only.
How do I store my cutters?
Do not stack heavy items on top of cutters
How are the cutters measured?
The longest side of the cutter will be the size of the cutter, either horizontally or vertically. Never will it be measured diagonally. If you have questions about sizing, please reach out.
What colors are the cutters?
Color of the Cutters may vary. We are working to have them all pink in the future.
What is the warranty of the cutter?
If a cutter is defective, please reach out to us immediately along with a photo. We will address the issue within 72 hours.
How are my items shipped?
All items are shipped First Class USPS. First Class USPS does not have insurance, if you’d like to add insurance to the package, please purchase the add on.
You may have the option to upgrade to Priority USPS or Express Priority USPS. These shipping options will have insurance included in the pricing.
After placing an order can I cancel?
Unfortunately after an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

My package is lost or it says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it?
Once a package leaves our hands, we unfortunately are not responsible for the package as it is now in the hands of USPS. We understand things can happen and urge for you to reach out to your local post office for help when this happens. You can fill out a help form directly with USPS at the site listed below
Are my items returnable?
Thank you for considering our products. We take pride in offering high-quality merchandise and strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, ordering the wrong item, or changed mind. Before making your purchase, please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order and confirmed all details, including size and style.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible to report the issue. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in resolving the problem and ensuring that you receive the product you expected.

What if I receive the wrong cutter or a missing cutter?
We are human and a small team and sometimes mistakes happen. We will gladly fix the issue and mail out a replacement First Class USPS next business day. If you'd like to have it overnighted, it would be a $20 fee to cover the USPS Overnight Charge.
